• Own the product and process roadmap for Routing Engine aligned with strategy.
• Define success metrics and ensure delivery of benefits through to BAU.
• Lead product discovery, identify opportunities for automation and AI.
• Govern routing processes, rules, and compliance for modern solutions.
• Engage stakeholders across Business, Technology, Operations, and Areas.
• Support change management and drive consensus for migrations.
• Contribute to planning, budgeting, and business case development for routing.
