Qualifications

• MBSE and digital engineering practices
• Requirements engineering including traceability
• Functional architecture, modelling and system decomposition
• System integration, verification and validation (V&V)
• DFMEA methodologies and risk assessment
• Experience with complex hardware/software systems across relevant industries

Responsibilities

• Lead system-level requirements engineering with end-to-end traceability across the development lifecycle
• Develop and maintain system architectures, functional models, and engineering frameworks
• Drive functional decomposition and allocation of requirements across subsystems
• Lead interface management and alignment across hardware, software, platform, and teams
• Support architecture roadmaps and future product capabilities
• Define verification, validation, and risk management strategies including DFMEA and safety activities
• Apply MBSE and digital engineering in collaboration with Product Management, Architecture, Hardware, Software, and Verification teams
