Job summary

Novo Nordisk Engineering (NNE) in Kalundborg, Denmark, seeks a Senior Project Manager for Process Automation to lead large pharma-focused projects. You\'ll collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring transparent execution across disciplines, from design to on-site testing.

The role emphasizes on-site leadership, risk management, and tight integration with Industry 4.0 and Manufacturing IT solutions. Prior GMP project experience and PMP/PRINCE2 certification are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or equivalent technical background.
• 6–10 years of experience in DCS/ECS/PLC Process Automation projects, preferably in pharma.
• Experience with GMP project execution and S88/S95 knowledge is a plus.
• Experience collaborating with multiple disciplines (mechanical, process design, end users).
• Project Management certification (PMP or PRINCE2) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute projects within your area in close collaboration with your team, identifying risks and implementing mitigations.
• Manage overall project planning, delivery quality, resources, schedule, and cost targets.
• Estimate costs and plan budgets with engineers and specialists.
• Manage project scope and ensure changes are analysed and agreed with stakeholders.
