Job summary

Trustpilot is seeking a Lead Pricing & Monetization Analyst to join the GTM Analytics team. You will bridge statistical modeling and strategic GTM execution in a B2B SaaS context, driving revenue growth and monetization initiatives across the customer lifecycle.

As a senior analytical lead, you will collaborate with product and commercial leadership, develop scalable analytics infrastructure, and influence stakeholders with data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Proven Analytical Lead with experience driving strategic GTM initiatives.
• Technical expert in SQL and Python/R with ability to apply regression, clustering and propensity analyses.
• Experience solving go-to-market problems using analytical techniques and understanding core SaaS metrics.

Responsibilities

• Pricing & Monetization Analytics: evaluate pricing/packaging strategies and monitor monetization initiatives.
• Advanced Statistical Analysis: cohort analysis, customer segmentation, and predictive modeling.
• Tool & Capability Development: build analytics infrastructure using R/Python and integrate into data stack.
• Stakeholder Influence: provide actionable insights and drive data literacy for GTM optimization.
• Scalable Reporting: design Looker dashboards with actionable insights for Commercial Ops and leadership.
• Data Engineering Collaboration: work with dbt to ensure robust data pipelines.
