Trustpilot is seeking a Senior UX Researcher with strong quantitative focus to measure how people and businesses experience trust on our platform. You will own the quantitative research agenda for product areas, collaborate with Data Science, and drive measurement that informs product decisions.

Formación

• 4+ years of UX research with a strong specialization in quantitative methods and broad scope work.
• Strong survey methodology (instrument design, sampling, psychometric validation) and statistical grounding (regression, factor/cluster analysis, significance testing).
• Hands-on proficiency in Python, R, or SQL, and direct experience with large behavioural datasets (Amplitude, Looker, BigQuery).
• A track record of quantitative research that measurably shaped product or business decisions, including A/B testing methodology.
• Hands-on experience experimenting with AI tools in a research workflow (LLM-assisted analysis, AI-powered tooling) and evaluating validity and bias.

Responsabilidades

• Design and own the quantitative research roadmap for product areas, including attitudinal measurement, behavioural analysis, and longitudinal tracking.
• Lead large-scale surveys and log-data/behavioural analytics (funnels, cohorts, retention modelling).
• Build measurement frameworks for reading, purchase-decision, and subscription journeys and track them over time.
• Partner with Data Science to define data pipelines and ensure rigour in study design.
• Translate statistical output into clear narratives for PMs, designers, and engineers to act on.
• Coach other researchers in quantitative methods and raise statistical literacy across the team.
