Job summary

Ramboll is seeking a Project Director / Senior Chief Engineer for Power Transmission and Grid Integration. You will lead electrical system design for large-scale assets, from feasibility to construction, within an international Power Systems group.

The role requires hands-on modelling with PowerFactory/PSCAD, experience with grid-forming equipment and FACTS, and proven leadership of multi-disciplinary teams on utility-scale projects across Europe. Denmark-based, hybrid friendly.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large electrical packages.
• Hands-on modelling with PowerFactory/PSCAD.
• Experience with grid integration for utility-scale installations.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical system design from feasibility to construction.
• Oversee OE for large power installations and tender processes.
• Engage with client senior technical leadership and cross-disciplinary teams.
• Develop scalable technical concepts across projects.
• Represent the project in industry forums and standards discussions.
