Job summary

Ramboll seeks an experienced Senior Chief Engineer to lead electrical system design for large-scale power transmission projects. You will drive feasibility, FEED, design, and construction of grid-connected assets within an international Power Systems team.

The role requires hands-on modelling, grid-forming expertise, and strong client communication. You will support electrification, offshore wind, data centres and energy infrastructure with a focus on the green transition.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading large power packages.
• Hands-on modelling with grid-forming equipment.
• Experience with BESS, renewables, data centres.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical system design from feasibility to construction.
• Develop optimized designs to connect assets to the grid.
• Engage with TSO/DSO to address design requirements.
• Oversee OE for large installations, QA and reviews.
• Collaborate across disciplines for best client outcomes.
