Job summary

Flatpay is building a scalable POS platform for a diverse set of European merchants. We seek a Senior Product Manager who will own a meaningful slice of the POS product, engaging directly with merchants to translate needs into a fast, reliable, and commercially impactful roadmap.

You will partner with engineering, design, and commercial teams to deliver high-quality solutions, use data and market insights to steer decisions, and help embed strong product management practices as we scale.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in product management for software/fintech/SaaS.
• Experience launching 0->1 and 1->10 across European markets.
• Navigate ambiguity and create clarity for teams.
• Experience with cross-functional product development teams.
• Strong communication with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Data-informed mindset without over-reliance on data.
• Excellent written and spoken English; Danish/French/Italian/German a plus.
• Strong commercial instinct focusing on adoption, revenue, and unit economics.
• Willingness to spend time in the field with merchants.
• AI literacy and implementing it into products is highly required.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive product strategy for POS across merchant segments.
• Spend time with merchants to gather insights for the roadmap.
• Translate customer insights and constraints into product direction.
• Focus on MVP and critical merchant value over big deliveries.
• Collaborate with engineering and design to ship high-quality solutions fast.
• Use data, feedback, and market insights to guide decisions.
• Help establish product management best practices as Flatpay scales.
