David Kennedy Recruitment is seeking a Senior Performance Marketer for a fast-growing consumer AI company. This remote role spans Europe/Asia, with direct ownership of paid campaigns, large monthly media spend, and creative testing decisions across mainstream consumer channels.

Drive acquisition and scale performance across international markets from a remote setup. The position emphasizes growth, CAC/CPA/ROAS optimization, and subscription economics within a B2B engagement framework.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English with hands‑on paid acquisition experience.
• Direct ownership of campaigns and budgets.
• Strong understanding of CAC, CPA, ROAS and LTV.

Responsibilities

• Personally launch, manage and optimise paid acquisition campaigns.
• Control significant monthly acquisition budgets and allocate spend.
• Monitor CAC, CPA, ROAS, LTV and payback performance.
• Own creative testing decisions and determine what to test, scale or stop.
• Develop acquisition strategies across B2C channels and markets.
• Scale campaigns across multiple platforms and regions.
• Analyse funnel metrics to support commercial decisions.
• Optimise web and subscription funnels for acquisition.
• Allocate budgets based on performance and priorities.
