Job summary

David Kennedy Recruitment is seeking a Performance Marketer (Junior – Adult RTB) for its Growth team. The role is Europe-based with fully remote, B2B engagement. You will launch and optimize adult-acquisition campaigns, monitor across sources, reallocate budgets by CPA and ROAS, and contribute to testing plans.

Ideal candidates bring direct campaign experience, strong numerical skills, and comfort with explicit creatives. Remote, international collaboration is expected.

Qualifications

• Recent, direct campaign execution experience.
• Evidence of making campaign optimization decisions.
• Understanding of CPA, conversion, ROAS and basic LTV.
• Meaningful involvement in creative testing.
• Strong numerical reasoning.
• Clear communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Launch and optimize adult acquisition campaigns.
• Monitor performance by traffic source, placement, format, market and creative.
• Reallocate spend based on CPA, conversion and traffic quality.
• Identify weak placements, fraud and low-quality traffic.
• Contribute to creative hypotheses and testing plans.
• Evaluate performance beyond clicks and registrations.
• Analyze subscription conversion and customer quality.
• Maintain accurate campaign tracking and reporting.
• Communicate results and recommended actions clearly.
• Progressively develop toward independent ownership of substantial campaign budgets.
