Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience leading offshore wind foundation design projects.
• Degree MSc/PhD in Civil, Structural, Mechanical Engineering.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and client management.
• Experience from consulting engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate offshore wind foundation design projects and deliverables.
• Be the main client contact and provide project leadership.
• Manage project financial performance, budget, and risk.
• Oversee contract management, safety, and cross-disciplinary integration.
• Collaborate with design teams and senior management.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project reporting and governance.
