Job summary

Jobtailor in Copenhagen seeks a senior project leader to deliver major WTG and OSS foundation design projects for offshore wind with international clients. You will act as the main client contact and provide project leadership for detailed design, ensuring objectives and safety standards are met.

You will manage contracts, risk and budgets, oversee cross-disciplinary integration, and drive reporting while supporting business development in a high-growth setting.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading detailed foundation design projects in offshore wind.
• Experience with contract and risk management.
• Strong client engagement and stakeholder management.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and coordinate major WTG and OSS foundation design projects.
• Act as the main client contact and provide project leadership for detailed design projects.
• Strategically meet project objectives and manage client expectations.
• Manage project financial performance and commercial success.
• Ensure technical integration across disciplines and accountability for final technical deliverables.
• Prepare detailed management reporting on project requirements, programme, resources/budget, risk register and project management.
