Semco Maritime in Esbjerg invites you to join as HSE Senior Team Lead MCE, leading HSE Professionals on offshore JUVs and guiding safety governance from pre-project to offshore delivery.

You will partner with the Director of MCE and project teams to shape RAMS, HSE plans and incident investigations while traveling offshore as required. This role emphasizes safety culture and impactful leadership across renewable energy projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in offshore HSE leadership and project delivery.
• Experience creating or reviewing RAMS and HSE plans.
• Experience mentoring HSE professionals and leading teams offshore.

Responsibilities

• Support safe, compliant and efficient project delivery from pre-project to offshore execution.
• Prepare project documentation and templates; review HSEQ requirements during contracts.
• Monitor offshore execution; ensure governance, incident investigations and action follow-ups.
