Job summary

Semco Maritime Denmark seeks an Area Manager (f/m/d) to lead regional delivery of Main Component Exchanges in offshore wind across Northern & Central Europe and the UK. You will drive safety, quality, schedule and cost while building strong customer relationships.

You will oversee Project Management, Operational Management and Marine Operations, travel regularly, and act as the regional escalation point. A technical or business degree and proven leadership in offshore wind or marine energy are

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or related field.
Proven leadership experience in offshore wind, marine operations, energy services, or a comparable industry.
Strong understanding of project delivery, operations, and customer management.
Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
Excellent communication and decision‑making skills.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

Lead regional project and operational delivery performance.
Ensure delivery of safety, quality, schedule, and cost commitments.
Prioritize resources and resolve cross-project conflicts.
Manage customer, operational, and project escalations.
Support strategic workload and capability planning.
Drive collaboration across Project Management, Operational Management, and Marine Operations.
Ensure implementation of the MCE operating model across the region.
Support Sales & Business Development through customer, market and operational expertise.
