Vattenfall is seeking an experienced Senior Construction Engineer to join our Construction Management team. You will lead offshore construction work scopes for wind farm projects, from concept through procurement, contract implementation and offshore execution, ensuring safety, quality and on-time delivery.

Based in Kolding, Hamburg or Amsterdam, you will work with international teams, coordinate interfaces with vessels, CSOVs, CTVs and marine operations, and uphold HSE standards across all

Qualifications

• Eight years of relevant offshore construction experience.
• Experience managing technical work scopes from early engineering through procurement, contract implementation and offshore execution.
• Strong knowledge of HSE management, risk assessment methodologies, marine regulations and permit conditions.

Responsabilités

• Lead offshore construction work scopes from concept to close-out.
• Develop technical specifications, scopes of work, evaluation criteria and technical recommendations for procurement processes.
• Manage contractors through engineering, mobilisation and offshore execution.
• Review contractor engineering documentation, procedures and risk assessments for compliance and readiness.
