Job summary

Siemens Energy, Inc. in Denmark seeks a Health and Safety Manager in Projects to lead HSE across offshore wind, Power-to-X, and energy transmission projects. You will influence safety from tender through handover, collaborating with project managers and site teams to embed safety by design and proactive risk control.

You will manage audits, training, and compliance while driving the Zero Harm culture and sharing lessons learned across projects. Travel for audits is expected.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of health, safety and environmental management experience from large infrastructure projects.
• Certification as Occupational Health and Safety Coordinator (Arbejdsmiljøkoordinator P and B).
• ISO 45001 Auditor Certificate.
• A technical background, preferably a bachelor’s or master’s degree.
• Strong collaboration skills across professions, departments and borders.
• Good English skills; Danish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead all HSE activities from tender to handover, including HSE planning and documentation.
• Safety by design is central to project discussions from day one.
• Support proactive risk management with project managers and leadership.
• Carry out audits, inspections and safety walks; stop work if unsafe.
• Investigate incidents and near misses with root cause analysis; track KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with HSE legislation and Siemens Energy standards across subcontractors.
