Job summary

Nordea in Copenhagen is seeking a Senior Customer Insight Analyst to strengthen our Nordic Customer Insights team. You will plan and execute quantitative research, develop reproducible survey workflows and apply AI responsibly to improve analysis and reporting.

You Will work with colleagues across the Nordic markets to deliver insights, dashboards and KPI tracking, shaping decisions with data-driven recommendations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with quantitative research methods and surveys.
• Experience with Qualtrics, survey programming and dashboards.
• Knowledge of statistical methods for survey data.
• Experience with AI tools for analysis and reporting.
• Strong communication of insights to stakeholders.
