Job summary

Takeda in Vallensbæk (DNK) seeks an Insights & Analytics Lead to partner with the Nordic cluster (Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Norway). You will translate analytics into local actions, drive adoption of standardized KPIs and dashboards, and support decision-making with insights that lead to measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• Significant experience in Insights & Analytics, Commercial Insights, Marketing Analytics, Commercial Excellence, Forecasting, Market Research, or related function.
• Experience in pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical or regulated environments is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish a consistent cluster insight-to-action rhythm through monthly performance reviews and quarterly business reviews.
• Translate analytics into clear business narratives covering what happened, why it matters, and what actions should follow.
• Provide recommendations on resource allocation, targeting, channel mix, and commercial barriers.
• Drive adoption of standardized KPIs, reporting templates, dashboards, and measurement frameworks across the cluster.
• Contextualize central analytics with local market intelligence, including competitor activity and market changes.
• Partner with Finance to strengthen forecasting with local assumptions and scenario inputs.
• Support stakeholders in interpreting forecasting ranges and turning scenarios into plans.
• Capture structured and unstructured commercial insights from CRM notes and field observations.
• Lead commercial operations processes: HCP segmentation, call planning, territory alignment, and sales force analytics.
• Oversee Sales Incentive Plan governance and standardization across IBU.
• Coordinate cluster input into market research programs and actions.
• Ensure local measurement supports comparable analytics and a single truth.
