Job summary

Takeda in Denmark is seeking an Insights & Analytics Lead for the Nordic cluster (Sweden, Denmark, Finland, and Norway). You will translate standardized analytics into local actions, contextualize insights, and drive adoption of KPI standards and dashboards to enable better commercial decisions.

Responsibilities include leading performance reviews, shaping forecasting with local assumptions, and collaborating with Finance and Marketing to deliver actionable insights across sales and market

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Significant experience in Insights & Analytics or related commercial function.
• Experience in pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical or regulated environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish a consistent cluster insight-to-action rhythm with monthly and quarterly reviews.
• Translate analytics into clear business narratives and actionable recommendations.
• Drive adoption of standardized KPIs, templates, dashboards, and frameworks.
• Contextualize central analytics with local market intelligence and field feedback.
• Collaborate with Finance to strengthen forecasting with local assumptions and scenarios.
• Lead commercial operations processes including HCP segmentation, call planning, and territory alignment.
• Oversee Sales Incentive Plan governance and standardization across IBU.
• Ensure local measurement supports a single version of the truth.
