Job summary

L’Oréal Nordic Hub is seeking a Nordic Market Insight and Category Lead based in Copenhagen. You will steer category performance, size markets, and guide commercial investments with AI-powered analytics across the Nordics. The role collaborates with senior leaders to translate data into growth strategies.

Qualifications

Proven background in market intelligence, category management, or commercial strategy in FMCG/beauty.
Strong data modeling and analytical storytelling for executive audiences.
Experience using Power BI and syndicated panels to inform decisions.
Ability to lead with an AI-augmented analytics mindset.

Responsibilities

Steer category performance and market sizing across divisions in the Nordics.
Transform data into actionable business development strategies.
Deliver forecast presentations to senior leadership with Excel and Power BI.
Champion predictive analytics and AI tools for forecasting.
