BearingPoint Denmark is expanding its Microsoft Modern Work capabilities and seeking experienced consultants to help clients adopt and realise value from Microsoft 365, Copilot and related technologies. You will bridge business ambitions with practical adoption, designing workflows, governance and measurable outcomes across Denmark and the Nordics.

Qualifications

• Ability to translate business needs into practical solutions and adoption approaches.
• Understanding of governance, security, compliance and responsible AI considerations.
• Strong consulting skills, client building skills and commercial awareness.
• Fluent Danish and professional English language skills.

BearingPoint is expanding its Microsoft capabilities in Denmark. We are looking for experienced Modern Work consultants who can help clients move from isolated experiments and technology curiosity to practical adoption, improved productivity, better collaboration and measurable business value.

About This Role

You will operate where people, process and technology meet. Your role is to bridge the gap between business ambition and practical adoption.

You will help organisations identify the right use cases, prepare employees for new ways of working, configure and demonstrate solutions, establish adoption approaches, measure value and support the journey from pilot to enterprise rollout.

You will work across Microsoft 365, Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Teams, SharePoint, Power Platform and related Microsoft technologies that support modern collaboration and productivity.

Your Work Will Include

Client advisory and engagement

• Facilitate executive briefings, discovery sessions and business workshops.
• Help clients identify, prioritise and validate high-value Modern Work and Copilot use cases.
• Translate business challenges into practical technology-enabled improvements.
• Present recommendations to both business and technology stakeholders.
• Modern Work and Copilot delivery
• Articulate, demonstrate and work with Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio solutions.
• Design business scenarios, agents and workflow improvements.
• Support pilots, proofs of value and adoption initiatives.
• Collaborate with architects and engineers.

Adoption and value realisation

• Help clients establish sustainable adoption models.
• Measure and communicate business outcomes.
• Gather user feedback and identify improvement opportunities.
• Support governance, responsible AI and change management activities.
• Ensure technology adoption translates into measurable business impact.

Practice development

• Develop reusable assets, accelerators and delivery methodologies.
• Contribute to proposals, client conversations and market initiatives.
• Share lessons learned across the wider BearingPoint Microsoft community.
• Help shape the future development of our Modern Work capability in Denmark.

• Experience facilitating workshops and engaging business stakeholders.
• Ability to translate business needs into practical solutions and adoption approaches.

Practical Details

• Location: Copenhagen, with hybrid working.
• Travel: primarily within Denmark, with occasional travel in the Nordics and Europe.
