Job summary

Nigel Frank International is partnering with a well-established international organisation investing heavily in its digital transformation, seeking an Internal Business Applications Consultant to develop its Dynamics 365 landscape across multiple business areas.

The role can be based in the Greater Copenhagen area or East Jutland, offering collaboration with stakeholders and opportunities to drive ongoing improvements and successful system rollouts.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or NAV variants.
• Familiar with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Field Service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day application support and troubleshoot system-related issues.
• Administer, configure, and maintain business-critical applications and user access.
• Support system testing, upgrades, enhancements, and new solution implementations.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to identify and drive process improvements.
• Create user guides, documentation, and training materials to support adoption.
• Coordinate with external vendors, consultants, and implementation partners.
• Support integrations and data flows between business applications.
• Contribute to successful system rollouts and user adoption initiatives.
• Act as a key link between technology teams and business users.

This position can be based in either the Greater Copenhagen area or East Jutland.

About You

We are looking for someone with experience in one or more of the following areas:

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2016
• Microsoft Dynamics NAV/TRIMIT

Experience with any of the following would be considered an advantage:

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service

The ideal candidate will be:

• Structured and organised in their approach to work.
