Job summary

twoday is seeking a Senior Consultant skilled in Microsoft Modern Work and Security to help customers design, secure, and optimize modern workplaces built on the Microsoft ecosystem. You will lead projects from strategy through adoption and collaborate with a team of passionate technologists across the Nordics.

You'll design architectures, run workshops, and mentor colleagues while staying ahead of the rapidly evolving cloud landscape. English proficiency is required; Danish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with Microsoft Modern Work and Security.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Defender, Conditional Access, and Zero Trust.
• Experience delivering cloud transformation projects.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proactive mindset and a genuine interest in creating value for customers.
• Collaborative approach and willingness to share knowledge.
• Professional proficiency in English; Danish is a plus.

Your Role

As a Senior Consultant, you'll work closely with customers to understand their business goals and transform them into secure, modern workplace solutions built on the Microsoft ecosystem.

You'll take ownership of projects from strategy and architecture through implementation and adoption, while collaborating with talented colleagues who share your passion for technology and innovation.

No two days are the same. One day you'll be designing a Zero Trust architecture, the next you'll be leading a customer workshop or helping an organization unlock the full potential of Microsoft 365.

What You'll Be Doing

• Design and deliver Modern Work and Security solutions based on Microsoft technologies.
• Advise customers on digital workplace strategy, security, governance, and best practices.

What We're Looking For

You're an experienced consultant who enjoys combining technology with business understanding.

Ideally, you have:

• Extensive experience with Microsoft Modern Work and Security.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Defender, Conditional Access, and Zero Trust.
• Experience delivering cloud transformation projects.
• The ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• A proactive mindset and a genuine interest in creating value for customers.
• A collaborative approach and a passion for sharing knowledge.
• Professional proficiency in English. Danish is an advantage but not a requirement.
