Job summary

BearingPoint Denmark is expanding its Microsoft Modern Work capabilities and seeking experienced consultants to help clients adopt and realise value from Microsoft 365, Copilot and related technologies. You will bridge business ambitions with practical adoption, designing workflows, governance and measurable outcomes across Denmark and the Nordics.

Qualifications

Experience in Microsoft 365, Modern Work or digital workplace initiatives.
Understanding of M365, Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, agents and AI-enabled productivity solutions.
Experience facilitating workshops and engaging business stakeholders.
Ability to translate business needs into practical solutions and adoption approaches.
Understanding of governance, security, compliance and responsible AI considerations.
Strong consulting skills, client building skills and commercial awareness.
Fluent Danish and professional English language skills.

Responsibilities

Client advisory and engagement: facilitate briefings, discovery sessions and workshops.
Identify, prioritise and validate high-value Modern Work and Copilot use cases.
Translate business challenges into practical technology-enabled improvements.
Demonstrate and articulate Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio solutions.
Adoption and value realisation: establish sustainable adoption models and measure outcomes.
Practice development: develop reusable assets, accelerators and delivery methodologies.
