Job summary

Twoday is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to join its AI team. You will transform business problems into predictive tasks, build production-grade models, and collaborate with engineers, cloud architects, and stakeholders to deliver value across Nordics.

You will work hands-on with data, validate models, and apply responsible AI governance, including GDPR considerations, while communicating results to customers in Danish and English.

Qualifications

• Experience turning business problems into AI/ML tasks.
• Strong validation and measurement practices.
• Ability to explain results and trade-offs clearly.

Responsibilities

• Deliver analytical work in customer projects: exploration, baselines, modelling, validation, and documentation.
• Frame customer problems into a defined prediction task with targets and success criteria.
• Propose and justify algorithmic approaches from baseline to complex methods.
• Build production-ready models with AI/ML engineers and interpretable outputs.
• Choose evaluation metrics tied to business outcomes, not leaderboard scores.
• Collaborate with customers' analysts and domain experts during delivery and handover.
• Share knowledge through code reviews, internal sessions, and mentoring.
