Job summary

LEGO Group seeks a Senior Manager, User/Innovation Research to lead the research and learning agenda across multidisciplinary innovation projects within the Creative Play Lab. You will embed audience insight in development, de-risk concepts and support a team of researchers through coaching and strategic guidance.

This Senior Manager level role is based in Billund, with a flexible Best of Both hybrid model: three days in the office and two days remote.

Qualifications

• Delivered user, design or innovation research that informed product, service or proposition development in multidisciplinary teams.
• Built mixed-methods research programmes across multiple markets to stress-test and de-risk propositions.
• Led end-to-end qualitative research design, moderation and insight synthesis.
• Collaborated with design, marketing, engineering and strategy stakeholders to drive decision-making with evidence.
• Situates user insights with commercial and operational constraints to highlight trade-offs.
• Developed and coached researchers within multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the research and learning agenda across multidisciplinary innovation projects.
• Provide evidence-based recommendations to guide go/iterate/discontinue decisions.
• Lead and develop 3 to 4 researchers within the team.
• Embed audience insight at the center of innovation and proposition development.
