You will champion insights excellence, drive cross-functional integration, and act as a strategic sparring partner to senior stakeholders, aligning insights with business goals across the enterprise.

Qualifikationen

• Demonstrated ability to drive deep human understanding and translate insights into consumer and commercial results.
• Fluency in emerging methodologies, first-party data strategy, and AI-enabled insights.
• Deep expertise in sourcing, synthesis, and embedding insights into commercial operations.
• Proven track record leading large global teams and building capability.
• Experience leading globally dispersed teams, with emphasis on Asia.
• Strong collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Experience optimizing performance and resources in insights functions.
• MBA to demonstrate broader commercial understanding (preferred).
