Job summary

Pandora, Copenhagen, seeks a Senior Manager, Programs & Projects CoE to lead a team of project management professionals and steer cross-domain initiatives within Digital and Technology. You will recruit, onboard and align external PMs, maintain high standards, and deliver value across the portfolio.

You will balance hands-on delivery with strategic leadership, coaching a 4-6 person team and aligning with stakeholders at all levels.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in project and program management, including cross-functional or cross-domain initiatives.
• Experience leading teams of project management professionals with coaching and people leadership.
• Track record of personally leading complex projects or programs, hands-on and through others.

Responsibilities

• Share leadership of the CoE and scale the team’s ways of working as the portfolio grows.
• Manage, coach and mentor 4-6 direct reports with performance reviews and development plans.
• Personally lead cross-cutting projects, ensuring structure, pace and stakeholder alignment across domains.
