Job summary

Pandora A/S in Copenhagen seeks a Senior Manager to lead the Programs & Projects CoE within Delivery Excellence and Digital & Technology. You will share leadership with another Senior Manager, coach a team of project management professionals, and drive cross-cutting programs with hands-on credibility.

You will recruit, onboard and steer external project managers, ensuring ramp-up, consistent delivery standards, and alignment with Pandora’s values across a dynamic portfolio.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in project and program management, including cross-functional initiatives.
• Proven experience leading a team of project management professionals with coaching.
• Track record of personally delivering complex projects or programs, hands-on and strategic.
• Experience managing external resources or vendors, recruiting and onboarding.
• Knowledge of PM methodologies and tools; comfortable in hybrid agile/traditional settings.
• Certification in program or project management (MSP, PMP or PRINCE2) is a plus.
• Strong stakeholder management, able to influence Directors and VPs without formal authority.
• Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple initiatives and resourcing.
• A genuine interest in continuous improvement and technology delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of project management professionals (4–6 direct reports).
• Assign PMs to cross-domain initiatives, matching skills to complexity.
• Personally lead one or more cross-cutting projects or programs.
• Recruit, onboard and steer external PMs and contractors to align with internal standards.
• Track performance and value of external resources; escalate when needed.
• Identify where AI can support project management and roll out related processes.
• Bridge CoE with other Delivery Excellence teams to align practices.
• Champion standardized PM templates, reporting and governance across initiatives.
• Foster an inclusive, high-performing team culture and knowledge sharing.
