Job summary

Pandora A/S in Copenhagen seeks a Senior Manager for its Strategy Delivery Office to lead a portfolio of strategic initiatives and partner with senior leaders to mobilise a global organisation around its ambition.

You will provide independent progress insights, challenge plans, drive value realisation, adoption readiness and timely decision making across initiatives, and strengthen delivery capability across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in delivery, transformation, strategy execution or top-tier consulting.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives from scope to impact.
• Track record of challenging senior leaders on plan quality, pace and readiness.
• Ability to connect business cases, indicators and delivery evidence to value.
• Independent judgement and credibility to influence without formal authority.
• Strong communication skills and ability to turn complexity into leadership decisions.
• Commercial mindset and ability to link strategic choices with impact.
• Master’s degree in business/strategy or related field.
• Experience in retail, consumer goods or omnichannel environments is an advantage.
