Pandora, Copenhagen, seeks a Senior Manager, Programs & Projects CoE to lead a team of project management professionals and steer cross-domain initiatives within Digital and Technology. You will recruit, onboard and align external PMs, maintain high standards, and deliver value across the portfolio.
You will balance hands-on delivery with strategic leadership, coaching a 4-6 person team and aligning with stakeholders at all levels.
Are you ready to bring structure and momentum to Pandora's most complex, cross cutting initiatives? Look no further!
Our Programs & Projects Centre of Excellence (CoE) sits within Delivery Excellence in Digital and Technology. The team is made up of project and program management professionals who lead programs, projects and initiatives across different domains.
As our portfolio of cross cutting projects continues to grow, we are looking for a second Senior Manager to support our Programs & Projects CoE. This role will share leadership of the CoE alongside an existing Senior Manager, splitting and scaling the team's people leadership and delivery capacity as the portfolio grows.
In this role, you will lead a team of project management professionals who work on cross domain projects and initiatives in Digital and Technology. You will make sure they are set up for success, well matched to the initiatives they support, and developing in their craft.
Beyond people leadership, you will also personally lead one or more cross cutting projects across Digital and Technology, staying close to the day-to-day realities your team faces and bringing hands-on credibility to the CoE.
A distinct part of this role is owning how we bring in and manage external project management capacity for this type of project. You will support recruiting, onboarding and steering external project managers, making sure they ramp up quickly, work to the same standards as our internal team, and deliver the value we are paying for.
We would like to hear from you if you are a strong project and program leader with a track record of delivering complex, cross functional initiatives, and who also enjoys developing people and building a high performing team.
You will be working out of our beautiful Digital & Technology Hub in Copenhagen, a rapidly growing environment of highly skilled and experienced colleagues. This is a key initiative that goes along with Pandora's experience and ambitions.
You will also be able to take part in creating an eco friendly environment, one that we are not only talking about, but implementing. The result is a professional and dynamic environment that is unique, enjoyable and inspirational, and delivers a true Pandora experience to anyone who works here.
