We are looking for an analytical profile with in-depth Rewards experience to join our Global Rewards & People Analytics team.
Our team brings together expertise across Global Rewards, Mobility, People Analytics, People Technology & Data, and Danish Payroll & Benefits.
In Rewards, we are responsible for the design, governance and continuous development of our global reward programmes and frameworks. You will be a key partner to the Senior Director Global Rewards & People Analytics on Executive Rewards, supporting analyses, market insights, presentations, remuneration governance and the development of future reward solutions.

You will build a strong network across the organisation and work closely with colleagues across functions and countries from specialists to people partners and senior leaders.
In preparation for our Remuneration Committee meetings, you will partner closely with Senior Director, Global Rewards & People Analytics on executive remuneration and the ongoing evolution of our variable pay programmes. You will analyse current practices, assess market trends and alternative approaches, and develop recommendations that help ensure our reward programmes remain competitive, effective and aligned with our strategic priorities.
In close collaboration with Reward colleagues, people partners and business leaders, you will be responsible for:
You will work with senior stakeholders and translate complex information into clear decision-making material. You will challenge the status quo and balance thorough analysis with pragmatic solutions. Drawing on data, market insights and external trends, you will help shape reward solutions that support both business priorities and the employee experience.

You are confident in your expertise, while remaining curious, open to feedback and keen to learn from others. You are ambitious and always strive for great results together with your team and colleagues, and you know how to balance high quality with timely deliveries.
You understand the critical link between reward design, people data and technology. You are comfortable working with people data structures, governance and system implications, ensuring that reward frameworks can be translated into practical, compliant and efficient solutions across platforms.
Given the nature of the role, you handle sensitive information with discretion and sound judgement, and confidentiality is a natural part of how you work.
