Job summary

LEGO Group is seeking a Team Leader for Building Experience Development in Denmark. You will guide people, priorities and delivery to create intuitive physical and digital building experiences for LEGO builders of tomorrow.

In this role you will lead a hybrid Scrum team, align plans with stakeholders, coach team members, and drive high-quality outcomes across product development activities while fostering a collaborative One Team culture.

Qualifications

• Proven management experience in product development, innovation or design.
• Experience leading medium to large projects within a design organisation.
• Strong leadership with ability to set direction and empower a diverse team.
• Experience coaching and giving feedback to team members.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum in delivery environments.
• Excellent stakeholder communication across a matrix organisation.
• Ability to translate priorities into clear actions and plans.
• Focus on process, quality and proactive delivery.
• Collaborative, change-ready mindset with a can-do attitude.
• Advanced written and spoken English skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the LEGO Building Experience Development team.
• Provide people leadership and guide day-to-day work and delivery.
• Coach team members through regular one-to-one conversations.
• Set tactical direction for the department and ensure strong delivery.
• Align project plans with stakeholders and manage risks and dependencies.
• Drive user testing insights into team improvements.
• Lead in a hybrid Scrum environment and evolve agile ways of working.
• Foster One Team collaboration across functions and stakeholders.
• Integrate new building experiences into digital and physical instructions.
