Job summary

LEGO Group in Denmark is seeking a Team Leader for Building Experience Development to guide a team delivering high-quality physical and digital building experiences for LEGO builders of tomorrow.

You will lead people, priorities and delivery, ensuring that building instructions are intuitive, age-appropriate and grounded in consumer insight, while collaborating across functions in a hybrid Scrum environment.

Qualifications

• Several years of management experience in product development, innovation, design or related area.
• Direct people leadership experience.
• Experience in a design organisation and leading medium to large projects.
• Strong leadership with ability to set direction and empower a diverse team.
• Experience coaching and giving regular feedback.
• Knowledge of Agile and Scrum delivery environments.
• Proven stakeholder management and cross-matrix collaboration.
• Ability to translate priorities into clear actions and plans.
• High focus on process, quality and continuous improvement.
• Excellent written and spoken English skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the Building Experience Development team, balancing internal customer needs and delivery.
• Guide people, priorities and delivery across projects and product developments.
• Support team development through regular coaching and one-to-one conversations.
• Set tactical and operational direction for the department with strong delivery across tasks.
• Align project plans, resources, milestones and deadlines with stakeholders.
• Drive consumer building experience testing and translate insights into work.
• Lead within a hybrid Scrum environment and foster agile ways of working.
• Foster a collaborative One Team environment across functions and stakeholders.
• Integrate new building and play experiences into digital solutions and instructions.
