LEGO Group seeks a senior people leader to guide one Creative Group within Model Design in Billund. You will shape leadership practice, develop talent, and partner with creative leads to ensure shared priorities and strong collaboration across a matrixed environment.

You will drive organizational development, nurture a culture of inclusion, and build scalable leadership frameworks to enable designers and leaders to thrive in a design-led context.

Qualifications

• Provide people leadership for one Creative Group within Model Design, supporting growth, engagement, wellbeing, and performance.
• Work with creative leads to ensure clear priorities, strong collaboration, and cohesive leadership approaches.
• Contribute to the wider Model Design community by strengthening leadership practices and processes.
• Strengthen design culture through leadership development, team effectiveness, and engagement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing Creative Group with growth, wellbeing, engagement, performance and long-term capability.
• Strengthen consistency across leadership practices, frameworks, and people processes throughout Model Design.
• Drive organizational development, change initiatives, and cross-community efforts to improve leadership effectiveness.
• Create clear development pathways aligning individual aspirations with business priorities and future workforce needs.
