Job summary

Systematic Aarhus is seeking a Senior Manager, Services to own day-to-day operations and the commercial performance of service contracts behind our NSI software solutions for major infrastructure customers. You will be the customer's trusted contact, keeping their software operations stable around the clock while leading a skilled team and growing the service business.

You will build close relationships with large customers, drive SLA and incident follow-up with our operations team, and shape

Qualifications

• Experience delivering or supporting software solutions and services, ideally in a customer-facing operations or hosting setup.
• Experience managing large, complex customer relationships and contracts.
• People management experience is preferred.
• Fluent English, spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Build close, trusted relationships with large customers through regular status and steering meetings.
• Drive SLA and incident follow-up in cooperation with the internal operations team.
• Lead and develop a team of technical specialists.
• Shape and grow the NSI service business with sales, product management and product development.
• Own P&L for individual service contracts, including budgets and forecasts.
