We are moving our entire network and firewall estate to an automated, code-driven operating model, and we need someone who can help lead that shift. If Ansible, Terraform and Git workflows excite you more than console access, this role is built for you.
You will help design, build and operate the automation platform behind our entire network and firewall estate, moving us from manual, device-by-device changes to a version-controlled, peer-reviewed, GitOps-style way of working. As a technical anchor in Core Infrastructure Platforms, you will shape how the whole Infrastructure department approaches network automation.
In short, you can look forward to:
You will join our Infrastructure department, a small team coving everything infrastructure related. We are in the beginning of an ambitious shift from manual device configuration to a Source of Truth-driven, GitOps-style operating model, and you will have real influence over the architecture, tooling and practices we adopt next.
You will also act as a sparring partner and mentor to colleagues across Infrastructure, sharing what you build through documentation and peer review so good ideas do not stay with just one person.
You have a solid networking foundation combined with hands-on experience in modern network automation. You are comfortable working across Cisco and Palo Alto platforms, treating infrastructure as code with tools such as Ansible or Terraform, building CI/CD pipelines and using Git. We are interested in the strengths you bring across the areas below. Your most important skills are:
On a personal level, you are a proactive team player who shares what you build, a problem solver with an eye for detail, and someone who would rather automate a problem away than solve it the same way twice.
Professional proficiency in English is required; Danish is an advantage.
Please note that you must be able to present a clean criminal record and have lived in a NATO and/or an EU country for the past seven years, as we work with security-classified projects.
At our Aarhus office, you can look forward to joining our Employees Club, which offers nearly 100 events a year of both social and professional character. Here, you can take advantage of a range of on-site perks from physiotherapist-led massages and an in-house hairdresser to sports clubs, game tables and even our own padel court. Our canteen is a standout feature, serving a daily selection of delicious and healthy dishes. Beyond the office, you will also enjoy benefits like free ARoS +1 access and various shopping discounts.
