Job summary

Systematic is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to lead architectural direction for the SitaWare portfolio within NSI. The role focuses on end-to-end solution design, translating complex requirements into scalable architectures, and guiding product and development teams with real-world insight.

You will drive strategic architecture across multiple components, contribute to pre-sales activities, and mentor junior staff while collaborating with national security customers and partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, software engineering, systems engineering, or an equivalent technical field
• 5+ years of experience in solutions architecture, ideally within command-and-control, situational awareness, or related software domains
• Demonstrated experience designing and delivering complex, multi-component software solutions
• Experience with GIS platforms, mapping frameworks, and geospatial data integration
• Understanding of network and communications architectures relevant to operational environments.

• Define and drive the strategic direction of the Rezilient Suite built on top of the SitaWare platform
• Design and document end-to-end solution architectures that integrate multiple SitaWare components to meet customer requirements in national security and critical infrastructure
• Contribute to technical pre-sales engagements, including architecture workshops, solution scoping, proof-of-concept builds, and technical demonstrations
• Define and maintain reference architectures, integration patterns, and deployment blueprints across the SitaWare portfolio
• Support bid and proposal teams with technical solution content and architecture diagrams
• Mentor junior technical staff and field engineers on SitaWare platform capabilities and solution patterns.

Do you want to be the technical authority behind Systematic's SitaWare portfolio within National Security & Infrastructure (NSI), shaping how national security and critical infrastructure organisations put it to work? As our new Senior Solutions Architect, you'll design end-to-end solutions and help our customers turn complex requirements into architecturally sound, scalable systems.

The job

As Senior Solutions Architect, you will be the technical authority for our SitaWare product suite within National Security & Infrastructure (NSI). You will design, guide, and validate end-to-end solutions across the full portfolio, bridging technical depth with operational understanding. You will translate market needs into concrete solution designs, while feeding product and development teams with real-world architectural insight.

In short, some of your key tasks will be to:

• define and drive the strategic direction of the Rezilient Suite built on top of the SitaWare platform
• design and document end-to-end solution architectures that integrate multiple SitaWare components to meet customer requirements in national security and critical infrastructure
• contribute to technical pre-sales engagements, including architecture workshops, solution scoping, proof-of-concept builds, and technical demonstrations
• define and maintain reference architectures, integration patterns, and deployment blueprints across the SitaWare portfolio

Joining the team

You will join our NSI Product Management team, where technical rigour and domain knowledge are genuinely valued. Currently we are four architects and a product manager, proudly representing our domain and solutions. This is a high-autonomy, lead-level position with significant ownership of technical solution strategy, and your architectural feedback is taken seriously by engineering and product teams. You will work with market-leading command-and-control technology used by national security and critical infrastructure organisations and help shape how SitaWare capabilities are applied in emerging contexts across the domain.

Your qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, software engineering, systems engineering, or an equivalent technical field
• 5+ years of experience in solutions architecture, ideally within command-and-control, situational awareness, or related software domains
• Demonstrated experience designing and delivering complex, multi-component software solutions
• Experience with GIS platforms, mapping frameworks, and geospatial data integration
• Understanding of network and communications architectures relevant to operational environments.

You are fluent in Danish and English, both written and spoken, and comfortable leading technical discussions with senior stakeholders. You can translate technical complexity into clear solution narratives, and you move easily between hands-on architecture work and strategic thinking.

Regular travel to customer sites, partner engagements, and our offices in Aarhus and Copenhagen should come naturally to you, including occasional international travel for workshops, demonstrations, and industry events.
