Collaboration with project teams, Engineering and HSEQ is essential for successful deliveries. The role requires a strong background in lifting and rigging, project management skills, and knowledge of relevant standards like DNV guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in lifting equipment design, development and project management.
• Strong knowledge of lifting and rigging operations and related standards.

Responsibilities

• Take the role of Appointed Person with responsibility for project lifting plans and compliance.
• Develop lifting concepts, review drawings, and approve subcontractor lift plans.
• Review method statements, contribute to risk assessments and HAZIDs.
• Provide lifting guidance to clients, internal teams, and subcontractors.
• Brief offshore crews on lifting plans and participate in loadouts and installations.
• Conduct site audits with HSEQ and Quality teams to ensure safe lifting operations.
