Job summary

Vattenfall is seeking a Senior Development Manager Transport & Installation Engineering to guide offshore wind projects in development, leading Transport and Installation concepts and driving CAPEX budgeting and documentation from TG0 to TG2.

You will work across Amsterdam, Kolding and Hamburg, collaborating with Technical Project Managers and Installation Engineers, engaging suppliers, and influencing risk, schedule and cost to ensure safe, timely and cost-efficient project execution.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree and offshore T&I experience required.
• Minimum 10 years relevant work experience.
• Experience with offshore wind T&I methodologies focusing on transmission scope.
• Knowledge of offshore installation vessels, tools and standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive T&I concepts across development packages.
• Support Technical Project Managers in development.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure cost-efficient project execution.
• Provide expertise to Installation Engineers in execution, O&M or decommissioning.
