Job summary

Qualifications
- Strong LabVIEW and TestStand experience enabling automation of tests.
- Hands-on software development for test environments.
- Experience supporting complex technical products.
- Engineering degree or equivalent technical background.
Responsibilities
- Further develop and shape the LabVIEW/TestStand framework for production test.
- Design, code and implement automated test solutions.
- Support product industrialization and manufacturing excellence.
- Drive continuous improvements across test architectures and methodologies.
- Collaborate with R&D, Product Owners, and Production teams.
- Ensure robust data collection, analysis, and traceability.
- Provide technical leadership for a small team of engineers.
- Facilitate technical alignment and knowledge sharing.
- Support evolution of future testing technologies.
