Job summary

FOSS is seeking a visionary leader to head Production Test Engineering in Denmark. You will provide technical and strategic direction for a ~13-person team focused on production test development and production test systems, partnering with NPD and Test Project Managers to plan deliveries and define the next generation of test architecture.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Electrical, Mechatronic, or Computer Engineering.
• Proven leadership in hardware test design within manufacturing environments.
• Fluency in English; Danish language skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define strategic roadmap for Production Test Engineering at FOSS.
• Lead module-level testing and instrument self-tests to streamline production.
• Design tests that improve cycle times, yield, and CAPEX fit.
• Bridge R&D and Manufacturing to ensure testability from day one.
• Mentor and grow a high-performing test engineering team.
