Job summary

Danish Crown A/S in Horsens is seeking an IT Technical Consultant to support and maintain the IT systems that keep production running at our Horsens site. You will join Country Services Denmark in Global IT, delivering local IT support and expertise to production sites.

You will work with applications, infrastructure, databases, networks and integrations connected to manufacturing equipment, helping to resolve incidents and deliver lasting solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in a technical IT role such as IT Consultant, Application Specialist or System Administrator.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in complex IT environments.
• Knowledge of Windows-based infrastructure, applications, databases and networks.
• Experience with Manufacturing IT, MES, ERP, WMS or automation systems is an advantage.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluent in Danish and English.

Do you enjoy technical challenges and working close to operations? We are looking for an IT Technical Consultant to support and maintain the IT systems that keep production running at our production site in Horsens.

You will join Country Services Denmark in Global IT. The team provides local IT support and technical expertise to our production sites and works closely with other IT teams and external partners on operations, projects and improvements. Location and travel

The primary workplace is our production site in Horsens. Occasional travel to other Danish production sites should be expected, approximately 5-15 days per year depending on projects and support needs. The role is part of an IT on-call rotation, and some activities may take place outside normal working hours to minimize impact on production.
