Job summary

Centrica Energy in Aalborg is seeking a Senior IT Support Specialist to join our Global End User Computing and Operations team. You’ll be on the frontline, delivering hands-on support to traders, analysts and corporate users to ensure a seamless technology experience.

You will work with colleagues across Infrastructure, Cyber Security and Service Management, supporting strategic initiatives and modern workplace transformations.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in 2nd line desktop support, EUC or end-user services.
• Experience with Windows Autopilot and modern device deployment technologies.
• Proven ability to support meeting room and AV technologies.
• Understanding of endpoint security and compliance technologies.
• Experience in high-availability environments such as energy trading or financial services is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd line support for desktop, laptop, mobile devices and meeting room tech.
• Administer and troubleshoot Windows 11, macOS, Microsoft 365 services, AD, Entra ID, Intune and MEM.
• Manage device provisioning, OS builds and software installations.
• Diagnose issues across collaboration platforms, printing and workplace tech.
• Maintain documentation and ticket records in Jira Service Management or ServiceNow.
• Contribute to workplace technology projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
