Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 3-5 years of experience supporting end-user computing, infrastructure, networking, and enterprise IT environments.
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or operational technology environments preferred.
• Prior experience leading projects or mentoring team members preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced onsite and remote support for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
• Deploy, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft 365, Office apps, Teams, and Intune-managed devices.
• Manage hardware lifecycle, software deployments, imaging, updates, and asset inventory.
• Support conference room technology, video conferencing, and unified communications solutions.
• Administer user accounts and access permissions; ensure security policy compliance.
• Deliver ITSM end-user training and documentation to improve self-service adoption.
• Follow and promote ITSM processes including incident, request, problem, change, asset, and project management.
• Lead and mentor junior team members; partner with site leadership to deliver IT services.
