Job summary

MyDefence A/S is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to drive a company‑wide data platform programme and a portfolio of strategic IT initiatives. You will lead end‑to‑end delivery, coordinate across IT, security, infrastructure and business units, and ensure structured governance with timely reporting to management.

You will engage vendors, challenge technical proposals, and own smaller technical deliveries while maintaining clear accountability, risk control and stakeholder alignment across

Qualifications

• Significant experience delivering large and complex IT projects from initiation through to implementation and closure.
• Proven ability to establish project structure, governance, milestones and reporting across matrixed teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills in English; Danish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Data Platform Programme end-to-end, phasing deployment across the organisation for reporting, analytics and AI-driven insights.
• Drive project management across IT initiatives including information security, infrastructure and customer-facing systems.
• Maintain governance, milestones and formal closure, with clear status, risks and decisions for management.
