Job summary

Novo Nordisk in Denmark seeks a Senior IT Process Engineer to lead the development, optimisation and support of POMS MES within Clinical Supplies. Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS/Software Engineering/IT or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional .NET/C# development experience.
• 5-10 years of SQL development experience with data modeling and performance tuning.
• Experience in GMP/GxP regulated environments.
• Strong validation, data integrity and quality processes.
• Experience developing MES, interfaces, APIs, schedulers or similar.
• Hands-on MES experience with POMS, PAS-X or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and support .NET/C# applications, APIs, interfaces and MES functionality.
• Develop and maintain SQL databases, data models, stored procedures, and integrations.
• Drive optimisation and continuous improvement of POMS and related Clinical Supplies processes.
• Translate business requirements into robust, scalable, and compliant technical solutions.
• Collaborate with Clinical Supplies, Quality, Validation and IT for alignment.
• Coordinate development activities delivered by external suppliers and ensure successful implementation.
• Support testing, validation, releases, change management and GMP/GxP compliance.
• Act as technical problem solver for complex incidents and operational challenges.
