Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT, Engineering, CS, Business or related field.
• Significant experience in a regulated industry, ideally pharma manufacturing.
• Experience with IT, digitalisation, manufacturing or quality initiatives with IT compliance knowledge.
• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation and influencing skills.
• Independence and cross-cultural awareness to work across international sites.

Responsibilities

• Act as the Single Point of Contact between manufacturing sites and global IT functions, ensuring transparency around priorities, decisions and next steps.
• Maintain a five-year IT/OT roadmap covering target architecture, lifecycle activities, planned downtime, dependencies and funding estimates.
• Identify and communicate risks, compliance gaps and improvement opportunities, ensuring timely challenge, escalation and follow-up.
• Facilitate structured problem-solving and coordinate countermeasures with technical, quality and business stakeholders.
• Establish meaningful performance indicators that strengthen governance, transparency and continuous improvement.
