Job summary

Anticimex Innovation Center is seeking a Senior Industrialization Lead to drive the transition of smart, connected products from development into robust, scalable manufacturing. You will bridge product development and production, leading DFM/DFA reviews and coordinating with contract manufacturers to enable reliable, high-quality volume production.

You will focus on stabilizing current products while enabling new introductions and larger scale-up projects, with a strong emphasis on process

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of experience in industrialization, NPIs or manufacturing engineering for electromechanical or IoT hardware products
• Strong experience with DFM/DFA, process validation, and production ramp-up
• Experience with production test development, test fixtures, and work instructions
• Experience with root-cause analysis methods such as 5 Whys, 8D, or similar
• Experience with contract manufacturers and production partners
• Experience with Stage-Gate or similar structured product development models
• Knowledge of quality and process control methods (PFMEA, SPC, PPAP)
• Professional proficiency in English

Responsibilities

• Own and drive industrialization activities from concept through pilot to volume production
• Lead DFM/DFA reviews with mechanics, electronics, and firmware teams
• Plan and execute production transfer, qualification, and ramp-up with CM partners
• Own development builds: planning, execution, cross-functional coordination, reporting
• Develop and improve production test strategies, fixtures, and work instructions
• Report production testing outcomes and KPI data to stakeholders
• Establish clear yield KPI’s based on end-of-line testing
• Drive root-cause analysis and corrective actions for production and quality issues
• Contribute to Stage-Gate execution with industrialization deliverables and risk assessments
• Drive continuous improvement of yield, cost, and manufacturability
• Collaborate with mechanics, electronics, firmware, quality, supply chain, and external manufacturers
• Become a key technical voice in industrialization and scalable in-house capabilities
