Job summary

UNFPA Supplies Partnership in Copenhagen seeks a Governance, Risk and Compliance Specialist to lead the GRC function within the Supply Chain Management Unit. The role advises senior leadership on governance, risk, internal controls and compliance and drives improvements across SCM operations.

The Specialist will coordinate audits, maintain the GRC framework, and champion quality, accountability and continuous improvement throughout UNFPA's supply chain activities.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree with governance, risk, internal controls and compliance focus.
• Experience implementing GRC frameworks across large organisations.
• Strong knowledge of audit, risk management and governance processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the GRC function within SCMU and advise senior management.
• Maintain an integrated GRC framework including policies and controls.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and assurance activities.
• Develop capacity-strengthening initiatives for supply chain staff.
• Provide thought leadership and advisory on governance practices.
• Foster partnerships and resource mobilisation related to GRC.
